Close my account
You can use this link to begin closing your Business account. Once closed, you won't be able to access your account again. We can't temporarily pause your account or offer no-cost plans. Make sure you download and keep any statements which you may need for future reference.
Requirements to close your account
- Be the account owner
- Ensure your balance is 0 by adding or withdrawing from all your accounts, including crypto, and Merchant accounts. Click your balance to see all currencies, and your Merchant balance
- If your balance is very low, you can send money to another Revolut account (personal or Business)
Before closing your account:
- Make sure you have no pending transactions
- Pay for any metal cards issued within the last 3 months
- You can't close your default currency accounts
How to close your account
- Go to ‘Settings’ by tapping your account icon (top left) on mobile, or clicking the cog icon (top right) on web
- Select 'Business account'
- Scroll down and select 'Close business account'
- Select a reason for closing your account
If you meet the above conditions, your account will usually be closed instantly. In certain situations, we may not be able to close your account straight away.
