I can't log in on my mobile app
Passcode and password
A passcode is a number combination used to log in to your mobile app. A password is a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols used to log into the web app.
First time login on a new mobile device
- Open the Revolut Business app and select ‘Log in’
- Enter your email address then password
- You may be asked for a quick selfie
- You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — open that email on the same device and follow the instructions there
- Set a new passcode, or enter your passcode if you have logged in from another mobile device before
If you’ve logged in on this mobile device before
- Open the Revolut Business app and select ‘Log in’
- Enter your email address
- Enter your passcode
- You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there
If you don’t remember your passcode
- Open your mobile app
- On the login screen, tap ‘Forgot your passcode?’
- Enter your email address
- You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode
