Referral step 'Add or receive money' is not completed

If the 'Add or receive money' step is incomplete in your app's Active referrals section, it may be because the referee:

  • hasn't added money to their account

Referees have to add or receive money with a bank transfer until the campaign deadline. Read more about campaign conditions in this article.
