Referral step 'Pass eligibility and verification' is not completed

The 'Pass eligibility and verification' step may appear incomplete in the 'Active referrals' section, if:

  • your referee or their business doesn't meet the eligibility criteria
  • your referee or the business they opened an account didn't complete the eligibility and verification successfully before the campaign deadline, which would make the referral invalid

Referees and their business have until the campaign deadline to pass eligibility and verification. Read more about campaign conditions in this article.
