My transfer is pending
Our transfer review process follows standard security procedures and can't be expedited. However, if our team requests additional information from you, promptly providing the required details can help avoid delays in the transfer's clearance.
Processing times
- International transfers can take up to 5 business days under normal circumstances
- Delays may happen for transfers initiated during weekends or bank holidays in the receiving or sending country, as they'll be processed on the next business day. Some banks don't process transactions on Fridays
Compliance and security checks
- To comply with financial regulations, certain transfers are subject to additional reviews
- If we need more information, you'll receive a notification from us in-app. Provide the requested details promptly to avoid delays

Exceeding your daily or monthly transfer limits may delay processing by up to 24 hours.
