What are Flexible Cash Funds and how do I use them?
Flexible Cash Funds is an investment service, related to money market funds, that allows you to grow spare business cash with low risk of capital loss.
Flexible Cash Funds features
- Available on Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans
- Invest in EUR, USD, and GBP money market funds
- Receive daily-accrued returns, distributed monthly (returns are not guaranteed and depend on the fund’s performance)
- No minimum or maximum investment limits
- No charges to open or close your Flexible Cash Funds portfolio (other fees may apply)
- Flexible withdrawals (sale proceeds can take up to 2 business days to reach your Revolut Business account, although in exceptional cases, it may take longer)
- Risk indicator of 1 (lowest) out of 7 (highest)

Getting started with Flexible Cash Funds
- Go to 'Treasury' in the main menu
- Open 'Flexible Cash Funds' and select 'Add new account'
- Select a fund, check the details, and continue
To enable Flexible Cash Funds, the business owner needs to be assigned as owner in Revolut Business, and they'll need to sign up to Flexible Cash Funds. If not already provided when your account was opened, the owner will need to submit the following:
- CRS self-certification including type of business and brief description of your activity, as well as tax information (your tax residency and TIN)
- Purpose of opening this investment account
- FATCA non-US entity declaration
- Legal agreements and acknowledgements

It may take up to 2 business days to get a decision about your application for Flexible Cash Funds. If we decline it, it could be due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Business type
- Tax residency
- Risk assessments
Check your permissions
You need 'Manage Flexible Cash Funds' permissions enabled in your role to submit buy or sell orders in money market funds via open Flexible Cash Funds.
