I can't see a referred business in my active referrals
If you can't see the person you referred in your list of active referrals (in the 'Referral' section), it's possible that:
- They haven't created an account yet or missed using your unique referral link when doing so
- They opened a Freelancer account, personal or Revolut Pro, instead of a corporate Business one
- The referee (the individual opening the Revolut Business account with your referral link) and their business (the business the invitee is opening an account for) didn't meet our eligibility requirements (find all requirements in our T&Cs)
- Your invitee or their business didn't complete verification steps before the campaign deadline, which invalidates the referral
- Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself is against our policy — the referrer and invitee must be different individuals
Unfortunately, in all of the above scenarios, your referral won't be recorded, and you won't be eligible for a reward.
