Report a card payment as a scam or fraud

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud or a scam, immediately end all communication with the fraudster or scammer.

How to report a card transaction as fraudulent:

  1. Tap the transaction in your history. If you have multiple to report, you’ll be able to add them in the form 
  2. Choose 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
  3. Complete the form

Your card will be terminated after you submit the fraud reporting form.
