When are bills synchronised with QuickBooks?

Exporting bills From Revolut to QuickBooks

Once the integration is connected, you'll be able to sync uploaded bills to QuickBooks and export payment details after the bills have been paid.

  • Go to the ‘Transfers' tab, 'Bills’ then select 'Add bill'
  • Upload the bill. You can either drag and drop the file (PDF or JPG), or forward the bill to us via email as an attachment

All your bills will appear under the ‘Transfers' tab as drafts. Here you can review, edit, schedule, and send bills to the recipient. Your bills will stay in sync with QuickBooks, and they'll appear in the 'Bills’ section of your QuickBooks account once marked 'Exported’ in Revolut.

Import bills from QuickBooks to Revolut

To create a bill in QuickBooks, go to 'Expenses' → 'Bills' → 'Add new bill'. Once the bill is created and synced with Revolut, it will appear along with a draft payment in your Revolut Business account.

Make sure the 'Import bills from QuickBooks' toggle is enabled in your Revolut account.
