Where to view my Direct Debits

1. Tap on 'Payments'
2. Tap on the calendar icon in the top right
3. View active Direct Debits

Change or cancel a Direct Debit

You can't change the amount of a Direct Debit. You must cancel it and contact the merchant to set up a new Direct Debit.

1. Tap on 'Payments'
2. Tap on the calendar icon in the top right
3. Tap on an active Direct Debit
4. Tap 'cancel future payments'

Issues with a Direct Debit

If you have a problem with your Direct Debit, open your scheduled payments tab or tap on a completed scheduled payment in your transaction history to get specialised support.
