Why is my card not showing when I try to use Click to Pay?

Check the email address and mobile number

Your cards are linked to Click to Pay via email and mobile number. Make sure you use the same email address and mobile number which you used to link your cards to Click to Pay, when at the merchant's checkout.

If you added your card via the Revolut app, you can find this information in the app as follows:

  • Log in and go to 'Cards'
  • Select the card and tap 'Settings'
  • Tap 'Linked wallets' and tap 'Click to Pay' to see the email and mobile details
