How can I disconnect an existing open banking integration?

From Revolut Business:

  • Go to 'Settings'
  • Select Integrations
  • Select 'External connections'
  • Click the 'Open Banking provider'
  • Select the three dots (…) at the top-right corner and select 'Disconnect'

From your accounting software:

  • Go to the 'Bank feeds', 'Banking' or 'Connected services' section
  • Select 'Disconnect' or 'Deactivate'. This stops the software from attempting to retrieve data from Revolut Business
