Can I appeal a closed Merchant account?
After a thorough review of your business activities and any information you provided, we may have had to close your Merchant account. Reasons for closure can include:
- Your business operates from a region that we don’t yet support (e.g. US, Australia)
- Your business operates in an industry that is prohibited by the card networks we work with. See the full list here
- Your business may be in breach of local or industry regulations that we must comply with
- Your business receives (or we believe is at high risk of receiving) more chargebacks than we can support due to the losses we would incur as a result
- Your business may be engaged in fraudulent activity that puts your customers at risk
Can I appeal this decision?

If you still think our decision to close your account was incorrect, or you have new information that you think is relevant, you can submit an appeal here. We aim to provide you with the outcome of your appeal within 48 hours.
Please be aware that any decision on this appeal is final, and can't be re-appealed.
