Documents and statements for my Savings accounts

How to download a statement for an active account

All documents can be found in-app.

To download a statement for an active Savings account from the app:

  • Go to 'Savings'
  • Tap 'More'
  • Select 'Statement'
  • Choose the timeframe you want to generate a statement for
  • Tap 'Generate'

How to download a statement for a closed account

All documents can be found in-app.

To download a statement for a closed Savings account from the app:

  • Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Documents & statements'
  • Choose 'Savings'

How to view the T&Cs

In the app:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Select your Savings account
  • Select 'Info' and select 'Documents'
  • Choose 'Terms and conditions'
