My card payment is pending
A pending card payment happens when your transaction is authorised but hasn’t been fully processed yet. Typically, pending transactions are cleared within a few business days.
How to check the estimated reversal date
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Open your in-app transactions
- Tap the card payment
- In the 'Status' section, you'll see the reversal date
Can I cancel a pending card payment?
We can't cancel pending payments on our end before the date mentioned in-app.
The transaction amount is temporarily blocked in your account to fund the transaction and cannot be accessed by anyone until the merchant completes the payment, cancels the payment, or the transaction expires (in which case the funds will become available to you again). We recommend allowing a few days for the merchant to take action.
If your transaction has been in a pending state for longer, contact the merchant directly, as they are the only party capable of progressing the transaction. If they take no action until the unblock date shown in the transaction status, the blocked funds should automatically be returned to you.
