We've stopped some of our crypto services in Hungary

Why are crypto services being stopped in my country?

To comply with recent changes in Hungarian legislation, we made the difficult decision to stop some crypto services for our customers in Hungary.

Unfortunately, we can’t give an exact date when all services will resume, but we’ll let you know as soon as they’re available.

Which crypto services are affected?

You're currently unable to buy or sell your crypto assets — this applies to all customers, regardless of whether you’ve ever made a trade or not. However, you can still stake and unstake cryptoassets, receive staking rewards, and make withdrawals.

While new crypto deposits are currently not accepted, if you deposited funds, they'll be available for you to send to another wallet, as long as they're for supported tokens in-app. You can see the list of supported tokens by tapping 'Receive' in the Crypto section of the app.

If you've never traded crypto with Revolut before, you won’t have access to crypto services at all under the current restrictions.

What do I need to do?

You don't need to take any action. We'll be in touch as soon as we have any updates, and we're working hard to resume services as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
