How to view who can submit expenses in-app

  • Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Go to 'Billing'
  • Under 'Add-ons', click 'Expenses'

How to manage team member access to Expenses

You can control team member access by assigning them to a role which has, or doesn't have, Expenses permissions. To do so:

  • Go to 'Team'
  • Select a team member
  • Under 'Access controls', click the role
  • Choose 'Expenses' and switch the permission toggle
