Why can't I withdraw money from my Merchant account?
We might temporarily block withdrawals from your Merchant account to your Business account if we need additional information about your business, or if we notice any suspicious activity on your account.
These checks are mandatory and help us verify your account and nature of business to ensure your business is following local regulations. Rest assured, if we add any temporary restrictions to your account, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
- Check if you've been asked to provide additional information — head to your Information request tab in the Revolut Business mobile or web app
- Providing the information and documents we ask for will allow our team to verify your account and lift any restrictions, getting your account back to normal
