Expenses not syncing to QuickBooks Online

Completed expenses will automatically be synced to QuickBooks. If the expense data isn't automatically syncing, check the following in your Revolut Business app:

  • Your Business account is linked to your QuickBooks Online account
  • Expense sync is enabled
  • The expense displays 'Configured for QuickBooks' above it
  • The expense has been completed and is marked as 'Exported'

Completed expenses remain in 'Ready to export' until the transaction is completed.
