How to make a complaint in person

The quickest way to get help is to contact us via our in-app chat. You can also submit a formal complaint via our online form or by emailing formalcomplaints@revolut.com.

If you prefer to submit your complaint in person, you can visit the office of our partner, United Call Centers.

Appointments and walk-ins

While we highly recommend booking a time slot in advance to help us manage capacity and provide you with the fastest service, it is not a requirement. Complainants arriving without a prior booking are always welcome and will be received within a reasonable timeframe.

Location

  • Visit the office at 1051 Budapest, Széchenyi István tér 7–8., Building C, second floor, office 232 Hungary during opening hours: 08:00–16:00 on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • A representative will register your verbal complaint in writing and provide you with a physical copy of the record on the spot
