How to make a complaint in person

The quickest way to get help is to contact us via our in-app chat. You can also submit a formal complaint via our online form or by emailing formalcomplaints@revolut.com.

If you prefer to submit your complaint in person, you can visit the office of our partner, United Call Centers.

Appointment required

To ensure you are served at the United Call Centers office, you must book a time slot in advance. We cannot guarantee service for walk-ins without a reservation.

  • Visit the office at Budapest, Széchenyi István tér 7–8., Building C, second floor, office 232, 1051 Hungary during opening hours: 08:00–16:00
  • A representative will register your verbal complaint in writing and provide you with a physical copy of the record
