Difficulty using Airline Miles

Unable to link airline account

Account linking may fail for several reasons. The most common problem is that the name on your airline loyalty account doesn’t match the name linked to your Revolut account, or vice versa. If you update your details to match and the problem persists, contact our support team for further assistance.

Miles not credited but RevPoints deducted

Miles may take up to 2 working days to reflect in your airline loyalty account, depending on the partner. If they still don’t appear after this period, please contact your airline loyalty program directly.

Reversal of RevPoints used for Airline Miles

All Airline Miles redemptions are final and can't be reversed under any circumstances.

Unlinking an account

Linked airline loyalty accounts can be unlinked by swiping left on the selected account. Go to ‘RevPoints’ on the bottom menu of the app and then to ‘Airline Miles’. When you see the linked accounts, swipe left to unlink or delete them.

You can relink your airline account at any time.
