Fraud and cybercrime reporting to national authorities

If you have been a victim of fraud, your first step should always be to submit a fraud report. Afterwards, use the guidance below to report the incident to the appropriate national authorities.

Hungary

  • Report incidents to the National Cyber-Security Centre (NKI) by emailing csirt@nki.gov.hu
  • Call the NKI incident reporting phone numbers at +36 1 336 4833 or +36 30 344 0704
  • Contact the Telefontanú (Telephone Witness) line at +36 80 555 111
  • Visit the Kiberpajzs.hu page for information on where and how to report fraud
  • Call the police via the central emergency phone number 112 for the fastest official response
