Why is my card transfer still pending?

When your instant card transfer is pending, it simply means that it's being processed and reviewed, which can take some time. To check the status of your instant card transfer, go to your transactions list and tap the transfer for more details. To verify the payment, we may ask you additional details about it. If the transfer is still being verified after 1 business day, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in the in-app chat.

If the transfer remains pending for 48 hours, it'll be automatically cancelled and funds will be returned to your account.
