Funding your CFD account

You can fund your CFD (margin) account from your main Revolut account. Your margin account will be opened in USD.

To fund your account:

  • Go to 'Invest' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'CFDs'
  • Tap 'Add money'
  • Select your desired amount in USD

Withdrawing funds from your CFD account

All cash movements related to your trading activities (buying, selling, paying fees, receiving dividends, etc.) are settled immediately, allowing you to reinvest them straight away. If you want to withdraw funds from your margin account, they will be settled into your retail account on the next business day.

An unrealised loss on a position will reduce the amount you can withdraw while the position remains open. Conversely, an unrealised profit on a position will not increase the amount you can withdraw until the position is closed.
