Spend controls
Revolut Business cards offer multiple spend controls. To view your card’s spend controls, select a card in the Cards tab, select 'Settings' and scroll down to ‘Spend controls’. To make changes to spend controls, you must have permissions to manage cards.
Spending limits
- Setting a spending limit: set a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly spending limit for each card
- Single transaction limit: set a per transaction limit, so the card can’t spend more than the limit in a single purchase
Permitted spend
- Permitted merchants: allow or block spend at selected merchants
- Permitted countries: restrict the merchant country where the card can be used
- Permitted categories: set categories for allowed purchases, such as ‘Cash’ for ATM withdrawals
Funding accounts
- Accounts linked to the card: choose which currency accounts fund your cards
You can apply the same set of spend controls to multiple cards at once by setting spend programs
