If the 'Make 1 or more purchases' step is labelled as incomplete for your invited business, they may not have completed a purchase(s) that total the minimum amount per their required steps.

Foreign exchange transactions, transfers, gambling, and gift cards are not eligible purchases.

The invitee can make card payments:

• with a virtual or physical card, online or in-store
• with Apple/Google Pay
• before or after ordering a physical card, as long as they complete both steps within the campaign's timeframe

Pending card payments become eligible once they're marked as 'completed' in the transactions list in referee's app. You can still earn a reward after the deadline, as long as these pending payments were sent before the deadline are successfully processed.
