How to send a transfer
Send a transfer to a new recipient
- Go to Transfers on the main menu
- Click +New in the top right
- Select the recipient type
- Enter required recipient details
- Verify your identity with a selfie authentication to complete adding the new recipient
If your recipient’s country doesn’t use postcodes, enter 00000 in the ‘Postcode’ field. To add a reference to your transfer, click the ‘Reference’ field below the amount before sending.
Always double-check the recipient's account details, as details may vary depending on the currency of the transfer. If you're in doubt regarding account details, reach out to the recipient directly.
Transfers to an existing recipient in a new currency
To send a transfer in a different currency to an existing recipient, you'll need to add the recipient again with the new currency account details.
- Head to Transfers on the main menu
- Select a recipient from the list
- Click 'View recipient'
- Next to 'Payment methods', click 'Add new'
- Enter required details for the new currency

To be able to send transfers, you must be admin, owner, accountant, or have ‘Send money’ permissions enabled.
