Shareholder' structure verification

How to verify your shareholders’ structure

You can find the list of eligible documents in your application menu in your Home tab. Once you've submitted the documents, please allow us 24 hours to verify them and get back to you.

Accepted documents

Your document must contain the full names of all beneficial owners of your company and their ownership stake, and dated as mentioned:

  • Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO registry) document
  • Company Constitution
  • Audited Annual Accounts for the most recent financial year
  • Certified Shareholder Chart / Capital table

Match your details in local registry

To comply with regulatory requirements, the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) information on your account should match with the official UBO registry — RBO (Register of Beneficial Owners).

The below information should match:

  • Full name of UBOs
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Gender
  • Nature and extent of the beneficial interest held or control exercised

Please update the UBOs information in your Revolut Business application in-app or on RBO (Register of Beneficial Owners), to ensure they match. If you update the information on RBO, please submit a registry extract or a screenshot from that official website with the updated information.
