The Payment Services (PSD 2) Directive requires us to enforce certain security measures for our card payments.

For contactless payments, you need to verify your identity by performing a chip and PIN transaction or resetting your contactless allowance in the app before you can make any contactless payments.

For online payments, you may occasionally need to confirm the payment in the app. The merchant website will prompt you when this is required during the checkout process.
