How to mark a payment as a subscription in the app?

In case you can't see the merchant you signed up for in upcoming payments, it needs to be marked as a subscription first in order to unblock it. Follow these steps:

  • Go to TransactionsUpcoming
  • Tap on '+ New' (top-right corner) → Find a subscription Payment
  • Search the merchant (Amazon, Netflix, etc.)
  • Select all relevant completed transactions from the desired merchant and confirm
  • Once done: Go to TransactionsUpcoming → scroll down for Blocked or Inactive
  • Tap on the merchant'Unblock payment'
