Refunds for a single purchase on an instalment plan

If your instalment plan is made up of a single purchase and you return the item, your refund will be credited to your main account. You must then transfer the funds to cancel your instalment plan.

If you don't transfer these funds yourself, your instalment plan will remain active and continue accruing interest.

Refunds for multiple purchases on an instalment plan

If your instalment plan is made up of multiple purchases and you’ve requested a partial refund, the refund will be credited to your overall credit card balance.

If the refunded amount is higher than your credit card balance, the remaining funds will be credited to your main account.

Your instalment plan will remain active and continue to accrue interest until you cancel or repay this yourself.
