Cancel an ongoing application

Tapping the 'X' icon in the top-left corner of an ongoing credit card application will save your progress. You can resume it at a later time by tapping ‘Resume application’, or cancel it by tapping ‘Cancel application’. If you want to cancel an ongoing application from the home screen:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap Accounts
  • Select your credit card application
  • On the ‘Application in progress’ window, tap ‘Cancel application’

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome. At this stage, you'll also be able to cancel the application if you wish.

Cancel a credit card

If you wish to cancel your credit card, type 'Live agent' in our in-app chat to speak to an agent who can help you. Deleting the credit card from the app doesn't cancel the agreement.

If you cancel your credit card, you're still responsible for repaying the outstanding balance and any accrued interest. Interest may continue to accrue until you pay the balance.
