You can submit a Pay Later application at any time, and as many times you want. However, if your personal circumstances (such as your income or obligations) haven't changed drastically since your last decline, it's highly probable that the outcome of your application will be the same.

Also, before reapplying, we'd recommend you first review the decline reason we provided you in-app. For example, if your application was unsuccessful due to low income/insufficient income, please check that you've correctly linked all the accounts where you receive your income. If you believe you've done so and your income hasn't changed since, it's unlikely the outcome will be different if you reapply.
