When and where can I use Pay Later?

Pay Later is a versatile payment method, available in nearly all the places where a Revolut card is accepted, depending on transaction eligibility. This flexibility extends to both online and in-store purchases.

However, Pay Later is restricted for particular services and locations, which are detailed below for your reference:

  • Casinos, betting outlets, and pawn shops
  • Purchasing online lottery tickets or gaming chips
  • Engaging in share trading or spread betting
  • Direct marketing subscriptions
  • Settling fines or supporting political organisations
  • Bail and bond payments
  • Escort services
  • Utilities, fuel dispensers, and medical services

Transactions falling into these categories will be declined.

Cash withdrawals, money transfers, and transactions made while the merchant terminal is offline (for example, transactions made during a flight) will be charged from your current account, instead of using the Pay Later service.
