A trusted contact person (TCP) is someone you can nominate for us to contact. We may contact them in any of the following circumstances:

• We need to confirm the specifics of your current contact information, health status, or the identity of an appointed legal guardian, executor or trustee
• We have concerns about possible financial abuse in relation to you or your accounts
• We've had difficulty communicating with you

The process may involve the discussion of confidential information in relation to the above concerns with the trusted contact person, but this person will not have any authority to act on your behalf, and is not a legal representative.
