Getting support from Revolut is simple and secure. Whether you’ve lost your card, need help with a payment, or want to ask a quick question, our Revolut Support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year — even on Sundays.

How do I chat with Revolut?

You can reach the Revolut Support team via the secure, in-app chat. Our chat support offers fast, personalised help in 100+ languages. To chat with us:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Help'
  • Scroll down and tap 'Support' to start a chat with us

How do I call Revolut?

Metal, Premium, and Ultra plan customers have access to secure, in-app calls, and can speak with our support team directly. If you're a customer on one of these plans, follow these steps to call us:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Help'
  • Scroll down and tap 'Metal Support', 'Premium Support', or 'Ultra support' (depending on your plan)
  • For Metal or Premium, on the chat screen, go to the Revolut Support profile in the top-right corner, and tap 'Call' to start a call with us. For Ultra, on the chat screen, tap the call button in the top-right corner, next to the Revolut Support profile
