ClassPass

ClassPass access

To access your ClassPass subscription (available to Metal and Ultra customers) in-app:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Select 'Your plan'
  3. Scroll down until you see your plan's benefits and tap 'See all'
  4. Select 'ClassPass' and follow the instructions to activate this benefit

Once that’s done, you’ll be subscribed to 10 (Metal) or 20 (Ultra) ClassPass credits per month, and have worldwide access to top-rated gyms and fitness studios, gym credits, fitness classes, exclusive rates, in-app promos, and more. This offer can’t be used in conjunction with any Corporate Wellness package.

Subscription issues

If you have any issues subscribing to ClassPass, we recommend visiting their website or contacting their Customer Support team in the app. 

If you have an existing subscription, your additional ClassPass credits will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle. 

This benefit is available to Metal and Ultra customers in selected countries only. If you decide to end your subscription at any time, you'll automatically lose access to this benefit.
