Update my tax information

As a financial institution, we're required to collect your tax residences information. Depending on the country, we require a certain tax identification number (TIN) to confirm your tax status.

You'll be asked to confirm your tax residences when you sign up. You may also receive a notification to re-confirm your tax residence.

If your tax residence changes, please make sure you update this in-app accordingly.

How to update your tax residences

  1. Open our mobile app
  2. Go to your 'Profile' (top left of 'Home' screen)
  3. Tap 'Account'
  4. Tap 'Personal details'
  5. Tap 'Tax residences'
  6. Add or edit a country and enter the identification number requested

It may take up to 1 business day for us to review your information and remove any restrictions.

I don’t have the required ID number

  • You have 90 days from signing up, or from the first notification about your tax residences, to update your residence details
  • If your country isn't listed in the tax residences list, you don't need to provide information
  • If you’re waiting on a document longer than 90 days, or are unable to get the proper document, please tap below to connect with our Support team
