Why did I receive less crypto than I paid for?

Revolut always sends the exact amount of crypto stated in the order confirmation.

The confirmation screen is updated with the live exchange rate, so you know exactly how much crypto you’re getting at the point of purchase.

You can also see this information after the transaction by going to the 'Menu' and clicking on 'Transactions' on the Revolut Ramp website. We’ll also send you a transaction summary with these detail to your email.
