Open a Revolut – Kids & Teens account
Create an account for your kids or teens
In the main Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Tap 'Add new'
- Select 'Kids'
- Enter your child’s details and follow the prompts
You’ll be able to create a second account by tapping 'Add new' and 'Kids'. Revolut – Kids & Teens T&Cs apply. Kids & Teens accounts can only hold INR.
Can my child open an account on their own?
Your child can start the sign-up process themselves in the Kids & Teens app, but they'll still need your approval to activate their account and order a card.
If you don’t approve your child’s request within 60 days, the request and account will be deleted.
Signing in
Your child will need to scan a QR code from your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Select your child’s profile
- Tap 'More' or 'Settings'
- Select 'QR code'
- Let your child scan the code using their mobile phone
