Revolut – Kids & Teens card management
Control your child's spending with their Kids & Teens card
To make sure you have control over your kid's spending, you can set monthly spending limits, receive instant notifications for your child's transactions they make, and freeze the card or adjust security settings if needed. Set a monthly spending limit:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Under your balance, tap Accounts
- Choose your child's Kids & Teens account and scroll to your child's card
- Tap 'Settings'
- Select 'Spending limit'
Kids & Teens cards are intended solely for the cardholder named on the card. If you need to access funds from a Kids & Teens account, simply withdraw the money back into your own account.
Lost or stolen Kids & Teens card
You can instantly freeze a Kids & Teens card from the main Revolut app. To do so:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu of your Revolut app
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Choose your child's Kids & Teens account
- Select their card
- Tap 'Freeze'
- Select 'Settings'
- Tap 'Replace card'
If you're worried that the card isn't secure or has been defrauded, freeze it and replace it with a new one. To report fraud in-app with our online chargeback form, select the transaction you believe to be fraudulent in-app, and then tap 'Get help'.
ATM withdrawals
With their Revolut card, your child can withdraw cash from ATMs. Your child will need to have their physical Kids & Teens card and PIN code to withdraw cash.
To block ATM withdrawals for your child, choose their 'Kids & Teens account' in-app, go to 'Settings', select 'Card controls', and disable the toggle for ATM withdrawals. For more information, visit the Revolut Kids & Teens T&Cs.
