Submit a claim for non-emergency cases
To make a claim with ICICI Lombard:
- Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Insurance'
- Select 'Travel' and a coverage type and 'Get help'
- Activate your ICICI Lombard account
- Create a password using the link
- Tap 'Make a claim' and follow the instructions
