Downgrade your plan in-app

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Your plan'
  • Tap 'See plans'
  • Choose your desired plan and follow the prompts to complete your plan change

After downgrading, your plan-specific card will still work but loses its plan-specific benefits.

If you downgrade the plan, the changes won't come into effect until the next billing cycle. This means you can’t switch to a lower tier mid‑term and will stay on the paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle. Paid Plan T&C apply.
