Why is my transfer to a bank account still pending?

When you make a transfer, it can take extra time to be sent to your recipient in some situations. This is known as a pending transfer, and it may occur for several reasons:

  • Additional processing checks
  • Incorrect recipient details
  • Error with the recipient's account

When will the transfer go through?

A transfer may remain pending for up to 5 business days before we credit the funds to the recipient's account or refund the transaction to your account.
