Need a hand?

We encourage naming your cards, especially if you're planning to use many cards across your business. It'll be easier to make sense of the list of cards in use, plus you can always search for them by name (i.e. Q1 Facebook Campaign).

The default card name is the type of card (virtual, metal etc.), but you can easily update it to whatever you'd like.

To update the card name when ordering multiple cards at once:

• Go to Cards
• Select the teammates you'd like to issue cards to
• Tap the card(s) you'd like to edit
• Update the 'Card name' field

To update the card name of an existing card:

• Go to Cards
• Click on the card you wish to name
• Tap 'Settings' and 'Card name'

Your access could be limited. If you can’t do certain actions or you wish to extend your permissions, contact your business account owner/admin.
