How to set up recurring card payments and subscription cards?

If you pay using cards to the same merchants on a regular basis (i.e. monthly, weekly), you may want to create dedicated virtual cards for each of the merchants to organise your recurring card payments. These cards are often called subscription cards.

In order to create a dedicated virtual card:

  • Navigate to the Cards tab
  • Click Order card and select a cardholder
  • Choose a virtual card

This will create a virtual card which you can use for one or more subscription payments. You can create up to 200 virtual cards per cardholder.

To cancel an active subscription, freeze that card or remove it. You may also want to reach out to the merchant and cancel the payment.
