My refund was declined, what should I do?

If you see a declined refund in your transaction list, most likely the refund was incomplete. 

Please reach out to the merchant and ask them to resend the refund to ensure a seamless transaction.

If your refund request is declined and the merchant won't retry it, you can initiate a chargeback by tapping on the transaction, selecting 'Get help', and choosing the most applicable option.
