Manage scheduled transfers

Where to view my scheduled transfers

  1. Tap on 'Payments'
  2. Tap on the calendar icon in the top right
  3. View active and paused scheduled transfers

Change a scheduled transfer

  1. Tap on 'Payments'
  2. Tap on the calendar icon on the top right of the screen
  3. Tap on an active scheduled transfer
  4. Tap ‘edit’ and follow the prompts to change the amount, date, or frequency as preferred

Cancel a scheduled transfer

  1. Tap on 'Payments'
  2. Tap on the calendar icon in the top right
  3. Tap on an active scheduled transfer
  4. Tap 'Pause' to deactivate the scheduled transfer, tap 'Delete' at the bottom to permanently delete the scheduled transfer

Once you delete a scheduled transfer, you won't be able to get it back. You’ll need to set it up all over again if you still need it.

Difficulty with a scheduled transfer

To get specialised support for your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments tab or tap on a completed scheduled transfer in your transaction history.
