Review the uploaded bill

All bills can be reviewed, edited, or deleted before transfers are processed. To review, edit, or delete a bill in the Revolut Business app:

  • Go to the Bills tab
  • Select the bill you want to edit or review. The preview will appear on the right side of the window
  • If you want to delete a bill, click '...' and select 'Delete bill'

After reviewing the bill, you can pay it directly by clicking 'Create transfer', or else schedule the payment for later.

Modify a bill

  • Select 'Edit' to modify the necessary fields of the uploaded bill
  • Once completed, click 'Save'
  • Review the bill and schedule the payment

If a bill has been pulled in from your accounting software, you'll only be able to edit the reference and counterparty to make sure there's no mismatch with your accounting software.
