Need a hand?

To see your total balance in all the currencies you have in your account:

1. Go to the Dashboard tab
2. Click on your currency account balance
3. Select 'All accounts'

The balance is shown in your base currency, which is based on the country of registration of your company.

Why's my balance blurred on the mobile app?

1. Go to 'Settings' (tap your profile icon in the top left corner)
2. Open 'Security & privacy'
3. Switch off 'Hide balances'

If you’re not the account owner, or if you don't have the permissions to view or manage the account, you won't be able to see the total balance.
